Hey peeps, cant wait for this weekend. It will be our first family trip to our neighbouring country. This trip has been postponed for two years due low confidence level heheh this is bcoz Amirah at dat time is still baby (1.5 yrs old) plus handling syahmi. We are looking forward for the trip thinkin dat they'll enjoy their first trip by airplane. Both are excited when we told them that. We paln to visit few places of d kid's interest (places of interest for me and wati will go to 2nd priority now..heheh but u nvr kno.lol..) .I'll update the blog from time to time during the course of the trip..Ciao!

Salam,

Hi ppl,
Its February 2009! Since the last post there have been load of things happened around me such as school started for the kids especally for Nur Amirah who joined KG1 @ Nusa Laila Puteri School and for Syahmi he's attending KG3 this year after sucessfully passed the exam (nowadays KG pun ada exam...hehe.).

Just last week, we had a sad news that one our close fren and my mentor had passed away.Sudden departure of Hj Zulkifli Hj Sulaiman gave a big shock to entire BSP community. Hj Zul has been an active sportsman,nice and humble person. Semoga Allah mencucuri rahmatnya ke atas roh Allahyarham...Amin. Alfatihah.

The other thing happened this year is im now a member of Liverpool Supporters Club Brunei (LSCB)...hehheheh and looking forward to be involved in activities organised by the club especially the trip to Anfield plan for this year...yeay! And tonite another big match where Chelsea vs Liverpool...hope LFC can win this match to close the gap betwen them and man utd.

Yesterday we were at the launching of the retail outlet for the one of famous online shopping in Brunei, Shop-at-sarahs.blogspot.com. The simple ceremony was started with Doa Selamat by Mazleajizul followed by the speech from the founder of the Shop-at-sarahs.blogspot.com, Sufinah and Kamal. Then the official launching was done by the Sufi's mum , Hjh Maznah Hj Md Yussof. Hi ppl,its public holiday today in commemoration of Israk Meraj Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. Its time to rest and do some stuff at home. Well in the afternoon,thinking of doing brisk walk at Bukit Shahbandar. It has been a while im not visiting d place since my last assignment in Muara. The weather was gud and its allow me to enjoy more of the surroundings. The best part is reaching the top of the hill where u can see Jerudong area and South China Sea. I managed to reach few of the hills...with load of efforts!!!..heheh sweat a lot and im sure burning few hundreds of calories hehehe hope so...I really enjoy it and Tasek is the next target....

"Warm" Welcome @ Muscat,Oman

Yesterday,Im back to Brunei with loads of memories of Singapore, Dubai and Muscat, Oman. Its tiring and i managed to get sleep most of the day. Cant find any slot to update this blog during my stay in Muscat due to demanding schedule of the course.Once I arrived in Oman, relative and fren started to contact me at the hotel. Those who are working with BSP and having their assignment in Muscat. Hj Ismail and hjh florenda brought me to their big home nearby AlQurum area (if im not mistaken hehehe)and managed to bring me to City Centre Mall, one of the biggest mall in Muscat. Then that nite, Azmi and Oneh invited me for dinner at the chinese restaurant along with their 3 boys....yang memeriahkan suasana hheheheh. ABout the weather? Wow....it so hot !!! Just imagine its 40 degrees at 9 in the morning!!!! fuuhh cant believe it. Almost everywhere i bring a bottle of water to replenish body fluid.

Next day, the course started with loads of team tasks and work syndicates. To me it quite demanding where one of the nite we stayed until almost 10 pm. We been told that this course is combined with another course which took about 2 weeks where this time it compressed into a week!...fuuhh.Nevertheless, it really worth due its content and practicality to my present job.

Here are some highlights:

Rashidi The Man, one of our BSP collegue who brought us to intersting places around Muscat ....Muttrah Souk,Mandy House (restaurant), Bar Al Jissh Resort at late nite...hahah,

Welcome Dinner sponsor by our BIG FAMILY (our BSP frens who are working in PDO,Oman) Muscat.Thanks for the unexpected dinner and souvenirs. Dun expect to give a speech....kkkkekekek.

Get together with Hj Salleh Bostamam (our ex-AD, will be new MD of BLNG) who currently on his short assignment with Oman LNG. Thanks for his advise and supports.

Knowing different people from differet countries not only in the course but thru out the trip....ppl from Lebabon,Turky,Iran...

Lastly but not least....BIG THANK YOU to BIG FAMILY n Muscat,Oman who are really makes our trip to Oman sungguh bermakna...heheh.Thanks for your warm hospitality and blanja maknannnnnnnnn dan makan dan makan........hehehe.Hanya Allah s.w.t sja yang akan membalas budi biskita semua dan di doakan semoga semuanya berjaya dlm karier serta sejahtera bersama famili d sana.

Singapore update

Landed in Singapore safely yesterday afternoon and its raining. Singapore looks gloomy and it remind me when i was 8 visiting S'pore for the first time with my parents....heheh.Arrived at the hotel...its so tired and managed to get quality sleep for few hours. Woke up at 6 pm and thinking of Orchard Road!!! Just to check wether the s'pore sale are on....First stop M&S and it on sale!!!!! haahah gabra...cool..cool..cool...managed to get few shirts and it 50-60% off from normal price.....Got gud news dat new LFC jersey will be available on 22/05...so masa balik sja membali. Robinson and TaNG also having their sale.

Back to hotel bout 9.30 pm. Went to 7,11 to get juice and wata for d nite.! This morning i'd breakfast at mamak stall nearby the hotel.Not bad tho....pekena 2 mertabak talur with cury kambing...its deliciousss!!.Then back to the hotel get prepare for my flight to Dubai this afternoon.

Now at Kris lounge ...hmmmmm very cosy....those aPPLE iMac are ready to use!! cool eh...but my MacyPro still loaded so pkai sja..Duty free?...yesss...i bought Armani Code one of latest EDT.Nice smell..hmmmm.

Gud news before i went for this trip....my gudy gudy fren Gman is getting married soon!!! Wat a gud newss!!!! Anyway to Gman and his mrs-to-be.....CONGRATULATIONS for your coming wedding..Semoga berkekalan hingga ke akhir hayat...!!!Jgn lupa buat byk byk baby...!!! heeeh we need more professionals d brunei!!! heeheheh.

On my to Muscat via Singapore and Dubai. 45 minutes to go and im sitting here in d cosy RBA lounge. I must say the lounge is very nice compared to certain airlines. This time, i fly with Singapore airlines and i hope its gonna be enjoyable.Manage to submit my final online assignment this morning (hahah) before face to face session in Muscat starting on Saturday! Wat ? Saturday? Yup...in Oman offdays are on thursday anf friday. So the week start on Saturday!! Its gonna be bz week during course where 2 of the days we have to stay back til 10 pm!! Well thats typical Shell courses...fuuhhh!!..Anyways i'll update u during the course of my trip....Singapore, here i come!!...Sopenggggg....heheh

hi ppl.We moved to new place in Tanjung Bunut. Means dat total driving time to and fro bout 2 hrs. The only problem is slow traffic @ sg liang....it takes about 15-20 min around the area before speed up from Lumut-Seria bypass to office.Including this morning....but not as bad as any other day.Weekend? LFC Update

It seems fourth place in EPL is secured meaning that another champion league actions for LFC next season. The embarassing thing now happened is the boardroom rift between the american co owner Hicks/Gillet and CEO Parry. Last week Hicks asked Parry to resign and it's made publicly. And from yesterday's news, Rafa Benitez will not commit his future in LFC unless all the saga is tackle in professional way. What happen to them?!! With CL semi final against Chelsea this week, Hicks getting busy with his personal agenda rather than the club..!!. Internal issues need to be addressed in appropriate ways and with professionalism.I think the american sowner did not appreciate the history,commitment and aspirations of the club. So, one gud thing is there's a proposal for the fans to take over the club....and it required 500shares for 5000 pounds per share....How i wish get that sum of money and take over the club...hehehe.YNWA.

She's been a cheerful and wonderful person. Very smart lady...managed to join Maktab Sains then pursued her study in Portsmouth University in Mechanical Engineering as one of the Shell scholars. Successfully graduated as Mechanical engineer, directly she was employed by BSP to serve the nation as a Petrophysict. Almost a year working.....

Til the moment on 4th August 1996 which has changed our happy family into deep sadness where she been involved in a tragic accident @ Jerudong-Tutong highway on her way to attend a friend's wedding.....

This week, It has been 12 years since your gone...We still felt the huge gap in the family that nobody will replaced. Your smile,your laughter, your words and character that we missed will always be in our memory.

Its 3.21 am here in holland.Few days left for the course to be completed. Then im off to London....initially we plan to fly to manchester airport for LFC vs Reading match but unfotunately the tickets were sold out within 2 days!!! Bosann!!!... Bout course? it served me well.Working in the team consists of different people...americans, italians, brits, venezuelans, nigerians, irish as well as dutch gave me more things to learn and absorbing their work ethics and professionalism.

Finally,we arrived in London heathrow.....afta approx. 15 hours flight from Brunei. As usual, we stopped in Dubai and I cant resist myself to do my shopping @ Dubai Duty Free...kekekek. I can say RBA was good (not excellent). The food, flight entertainment and the crew just meeting the passing mark....heheh. Bottomline, we had a safe journey from Brunei to London. At the moment,waiting at the lounge for flight to amsterdam and reaching our destination i.e Rijswijk. Glad Mint is with me..at least ada jua dangan becerita and baibun...heheh. Weather in London is about 12 degrees....hmmmmm quite cold for bruneian who left UK six yrs ago...heheh kambang jua bulu...hehe.And again my shopping temptation went crazy and managed to get nike shirts...kkekekek adddooii...Any way i'll post more pix later....Adios...

Today,23rd february 2008 is our 24th national day. Its a great nation blessed with peace and prosperity. Our national day celebration will be held today at the Taman SOAS in the capital which involved with every walks of life. Bruneians from students, army, police and other professionals from government and private sectors as well as public will participating in this occasion.

its a long weekend again. I managed take leave yesterday and this will continue until monday!!! hehehe. Well, next week will be time to prepare for my business trip to rijswijk. Final online assignment will be submitted next week before face-to-face session in holland. Need to go to immigration office with regards to my passport. Other things like luggage, clothing, medicine,iPod.....etc. Fuhhh need to list down these stuff before hand.

This afternoon, Datuk Harun Din pay a visit to our office. Datuk is an influence religious figure in Malaysia. He's one of the well known ulama in Malaysia for his ceramah and he cured sickness in accordance to Islamic teachings and by using verses from Al Quran. Met him in person is such an honor for all us .....thanks to our colleague who brought him to our office today. Hi everybodi....Its 2008..!!! New resolutions??!! heheheh sudah tercapai resolutions last year....heheeh. This year expected a busy year for me...with works..projects/online course...But for sure 2 courses required me to travel to countries where more than 3 hours sitting in plane....its gonna menyiksa kan batin ku...hhehehe unless ada gud flight entertainment....Preferably singapore airlines well known as SQ...hehe RBA....??...Ok ok lah....dun want to comment further but they have to improved their services and most importantly.. the airplanes. Tremendous straight win started with 8-0 trash of Besiktas, 4-1 win vs Porto and the last group match 4-0 win vs Marseilles. This season the team looks better and promising of winning more trophies not only another CL glory but more important ones will be the EPL... I hope LFC will meet AC Milan in the next stage...revenge for last season's finale...eehehh..

Its been long tyme (well about ten days) im not put up new post here...Well its 17.14 and im still here sitting in my office...and do blogging!!..kekekek. Since yesterday, loads of food involve in this office..fuhh..mcm2 drg beli. Yesterday...morning they bought fruits, cakes....and served at our new pantry / "cafe" yooo...hahah thanks to my boss wonderful ideas to create such a luvly office lyke home. And today..food fiesta continue..early morning our "c dayang lating" ..our secretary came to my office and said.."kita mau makan apa?" wat??!!! Ada urg blanja makan....hmmmm and then i said bah aku on ajaa...heheh. Then few minutes afta dat went for a meeting and we've been served with sandwiches..hmm not bad...then afta meeting..chaos in the pantry....guess wat?...bunch of food are waiting for us to nnggaapppppp!!!...hahahh noodles...roti canai..(hmm best kari nya...hingga menjilat jari.....kekek) and ayam golekkkkkkkk...fuuuuuuuuhhhhhhh kepisan eh...org brapa org sja d ofis atu...but the food mcm makan 20 ppl!!!..haahhah then one of my fren said...awu...hujan ribut lagi branti!!!.....hahahha. DRM FC established in 1995 ish...by few of the fresh BSP graduates ,i still remember at that time im one of attached student with BSP. The pioneer of this team were Saiful Goku, Azmi O, and few others. Funny thing that DRM is stand for Doraemon ..haha thanks to their "otak cartoon" at that time. Ever since then this team moved forward where its a platform for the new young graduates to know each other and their seniors while having fun of playing football. More footy activities had been organised.. thanks to Renny, Amir S who organised fun game, friendly games local and regional (miri..hehe) as well as indoor football. At present the number of activities is extended...thanks to present committee who came up with other two new DRM branch i.e DRM Golf and DRM Photography !!! I hope DRM will grow up in the future with more activites such DRM silat ka, DRM Cock fighting ka...heheheh..Long live DRM!!!

Its unbelievable!!...I felt asleep during the match and fortunately I woke up at the end of the match (thanks to my fon's alarm) and the screen shows...0-0 ??!!! Oh Liverpool failed to qualify to the next stage ??!! But at the same time I saw the lists of scorer appeared on the tv screen....oh its 8-0 !!!!! Happy and relieved that LFC still in the competition..Goals from Crouch (2), Benayoun (hat trick hero), Babel (2) and Stevie G (1) complete the rout on turkish side ,Besiktas.....as LFC keep their dreams alive in this season Champions league..

Its monday....afta two weeks off its really a daunting task to get up from bed.Alarm clock on d fon went on twice....and it showed 5.50 am. oh its still ok to get up at dis time but d clock on bedroom wall ticking 6.50 am. Feel confused... grabbed remote control on Astro...and the time showed 6.52!!!!! arrrgghhhh Im late for work again!!!...Gosh..everything is quick in bathrm..hahah. Fortunately, i managed to prepare my shirt and trousers d nyte b4 fuhh..Driving?!!..ohh...felt sleepy all along way but thanks to dj tina who play few of rocks songs just to get me going... hehe. Arrivd @ office...glad to see everybody...short conversation with my boss. (feel guilty for not turned up for her Raya open house keke).Switch on my desktop..as xpected the "inbox" showed "182 unread emails" (include junkies haha)...it took me half day to clear those emails but fortunately nothing so serious.....Afternoon, unplnned mtg requested by drilling team... it simple,nice and easy one...it ended in one hour...so the rest of the day putting my effort concentrating to few stuff to be submitted to my boss this week.... Anyway not a bad day to start afta 2 weeks off....

Its final quarter of the year. Its time to think about clearing leave..away from the office and other unecessary stress...hehe. So i decided to take two weeks off (since last week). Sumtimes taking leave isnt the best soluton to get rid from stress..hehe. But thanks to few frens who introducing blogging...and it came at the right time .Other than "mkn tdur mkn tidur mcm ular burrrpp" kekekeke i found that its worth to spend time for this. During leave,managed to see few frens ..old and new are interesting..talking bout latest house construction *hint hint*,its long approval process of "menimbuk" and house plan approval by relevant dept...(dunt understand why is it take so long for this depts to approve such simple sketches and plans.). 2nd week, sumone had take me to the new Fitness zone in kiulap...very cosy and very nice interior designs...(hmmm..ideas for my future crib) but not impressed of how they try to get ppl join their membership. Need to have more decent and profesional ways to attact more customers. Now , few days left before back to office next monday....tomorrow got an invitation for Raya open hse (haha.. last minit ni). Btw congrats to Sueb's wife Dr Noneh (ko niiii!!) for being chosen for this yr Haj medical team...basar pahala tu neh....and jgn lupa daging untaaa for me....kekekek just kidding!! One BIG family...! Its TD volleyball tourny again. We sending three teams from Major Projects (MPM) for the tournament. Well, jgn tah d tanya about the results...hhaahhah We just playing sempppooooiiiii....and of course for fun. The most important thing is fun....foster relationship within MPM and dapat 2 sets of new team jersey for EACH team..jan jeles..kekekkek.Loads of new techniques encountered in this tournament where World Volleyball federation should appreciate and taking consideration to put it in their rules & regulations. I proudly announced that new techniques introduced by Abg Jeff (mixblood brunei and scotland ni ia ani...haha) is teknik Kapak Bula..hahahah, baca Subhanallah klu org kan spike (Mahani)..., teknik silat transformers, teknik Semanggang (without passing rah kwn..hhaha), spike pkai muka (C Atul), ala ala belalang terabang pun ada....hahahah. Anyways congrats to everibodi for participating with great sportsmanship (kapal org sukan...kekek) and team spirit (roh pasukan..hahah). U want sum..u'll get sum!!! (quote by Saiful Goku hahahah) .
